At The Online Pet Store, we work to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays or periods of high demand, processing may require additional time.
Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to change the delivery address, product variation or order contents.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery is generally:
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
- International or remote destinations: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, fulfilment location, carrier operations, customs processing, weather or seasonal demand.
In unusual circumstances, delivery may require up to 25 business days.
